色素性網膜症合併視神經盤水腫―病例報告
Retinitis Pigmentosa with Disc Edema-A Case Report
摘要
色素性網膜症為網膜色素上皮細胞及感光細胞的一種進行性退化疾病，常見的眼底變化有網膜上皮骨針狀色素聚積、動脈細小、及呈白蠟色之視神經盤。視神經盤的變化通常為沒有變化、呈白蠟色之蒼白變化、或合併視神經盤隱結(optic disc drusen)。視神經盤水腫並不是色素性網膜症的典型變化之一。本篇報告一例色素性網膜症合併不明原因視神經盤水腫之罕見病例。

Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is a degenerative disease of photoreceptors and retinal pigment epithelium. The common fundus changes includes bone spicule pigmentation, arteriole attenuation and waxy disc pallor. The changes of optic disc in RP are usually no change, waxy disc pallor or disc drusen. Disc edema is not a typical feature of RP. We report a case of RP with disc edema, which is of unknown cause.
