侵犯眼瞼內側腫瘤病人之淚小管重建－病例報告
Canalicular Reconstruction in Tumors Involving the Medial Aspect of the Eyelids-Cases Report
摘要
基底細胞癌好發於下眼瞼及內眼眥。本篇報告兩個侵犯下眼瞼內側及淚孔之基底細胞癌的病例。病人在接受腫瘤切除送冷凍切片證實沒有殘存癌細胞後，接受淚小管造口手術及眼瞼半圓形皮瓣重建。分別追蹤24及21個月，病人沒有腫瘤復發及溢淚的現象。對於此類病例，只要能確定癌細胞清除完全而且淚小管剩餘至少四分之一長度，一次完成腫瘤切除和淚小管造口術是一個可行的方式。

Periocular basal cell carcinoma is most commonly found on the lower eyelid and medial canthus. In this report, we present two cases of basal cell carcinoma which invaded the medial side of the lower eyelid and lower punctum. Because the frozen sections revealed no residual tumor cell after tumor excision, canaliculostomy and semicircular flap was performed simultaneously. During the follow-up periods of 24 and 21 months respectively, both of the patients have no tumor recurrence or epiphora. In such cases, if there are one fourth length of the canaliculus at least and no residual tumor cell, one-stage surgery of tumor resection and canaliculostomy is recommended.
