雙側眼部侵犯之幼年型黃肉芽腫―病例報告
Bilateral Ocular Juvenile Xanthogranuloma-Case Report
摘要
幼年型黃肉芽腫為一幼兒常見之良性皮膚腫瘤，常發生於嬰幼兒之頭頸部皮膚，較少侵犯其他器官。如有皮膚以外器官侵犯，則以單側眼部侵犯為多。本文報告壹罕見雙側眼部侵犯之幼年型黃肉腫病例，並對文獻上對此病的診斷及治療方式作一回顧整理。

Juvenile xanthogranuloma is a common, benign and self-limited cutaneous disease in infant, the organs other than skin are less involved. If there are extracutaneous lesions, unilateral iris involvement is the most common site of involvement. We reported a 7 month-old female infant who had bilateral ocular juvenile xanthogranuloma and eyelid involvement presented with leukoma cornea (od), hyphema (os), and glaucoma (ou). There were only 4 cases with bilateral ocular involvement of juvenile xanthogranuloma in the previous documents. The diagnosis of this case was confirmed by skin biopsy of the trunk and the glaucoma (ou) was controlled by antiglaucoma agent successfully for a period of follow-up for 4 months.
