配鏡及遮蓋療法對較大弱視兒童治療成效之評估

Effect of Glasses Prescription and Occlusion Therapy in Older Amblyopic Children

摘要

吾人收集37例滿7歲至12歲（平均8.25歲）之完全未接受診治之單眼弱視病人。其中純為不等視性弱視29位，伴有斜視者8位（6位內斜，2位外斜），均配予合適鏡片並單純使用遮蓋治療，平均追蹤14.7個月（3個月至39個月）。最終矯正視力有34人進步兩行以上(94%)，治療後半年內進步最為明顯，滿9歲後進步減緩，而弱視較深者進步較多。

Our study collected total 37 more than 7 years old unilateral untreated amblyopic children and evaluated the effect by simply using glasses and occlusion therapy and quantitated the improvement of their best corrected visual acuity of amblyopic eye.
The results are 94% of these patients got more than two lines improvement of best corrected visual acuity and 19 children were cured (BCVA≥0.9). We suggest the duration of treatment must keep on more than six months at least and other additional amblyopic treatments wet-c not necessary at that moment.
The compliance of amblyopic children and their parents is the most important factor to influence the opportunity of success.
