弱視病人之對比敏感度―遮蓋療法之影響

摘要

以患者之正常眼做對照組，測試26位單眼弱視之病人的正常眼與弱視眼之對比敏感度。在治療前，屈光不等性及斜視性弱視眼之對比敏感度，在所有週期／度均降低。以交替遮蓋法反覆遮蓋十二週後，弱視眼之對比敏感度在6週期／度及12週期／度有進步，而正常眼之對比敏感度則沒有顯著影響。

Contrast sensitivity of anisometropic and strabismic amblyopes were studied using the Vistech Contrast Sensitivity Charts. At all levels of frequencies, both of the strabismic and anisometropic amblyopic eyes scored significantly lower than their normal fellow eyes did, which were used as controls. After alternate occlusion therapy for 12 weeks, the contrast sensitivity improved at 6 cycle per degree and 12 cycle per degree in the amblyopic eyes. There was no significant change of contrast sensitivity on the dominant eyes before and after occlusion.
