屈調性弱視治療之結果與預後
Prognosis for Refractive Amblyopia
摘要
自民國80年7月至83年5月，本科收集屈調性弱視學童70位。並給予配鏡、配合遮眼，每週給予C.A.M.或弱視訓練治療。結果發現65位學童視力進步2行以上，其中44人視力可達0.8以上。本篇研究並發現，弱現治療結果與初診視力，兩眼不等視程度、屈調性弱視種類有相關性。

100 children (34 boys and 36 girls) of refractive amblyopia were diagnosed and have been treated with satisfied spectacles, occlusion and orthoptic training at Ho-Ping Hosipital since July 1991 to Februnary 1994. Sixty-five patients improved and forty-four patients reached a visual acuity of 0.8 or better. This study also shows amblyopia prognosis has relationship with initial visit VA., amount of anisometropia, and type of refractive amblyopia.
