摘要

本研究比較在超音波乳化術使用局部點眼(Topical Anesthesia)及球後注射(Retrobulbar Anesthesia)兩種麻醉方式對於手術過程及病人感受兩方面的影響。結果發現在局部點眼麻醉下作手術，病人緊張不安程度較高，而且手術過程中可能會有前囊撕裂之虞，但兩種麻醉方式對於手術的結果並無影響。

The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of topical anesthesia and retrobulbar anesthesia in the procedure of phacoemulsification and to understand the feelings of the patients.
It was found that under topical anesthesia, patients are apt to be more nervous and anxious. Also, there is in higher risk of anterior capsule tearing during continuous circular capsulorrheix procedure, But no difference was noted between the outcome of phacoemulsification under retrobulbar anesthesia and topical anesthesia.
