Bilateral Serous Retinal Detachment in Association with Preeclampsia-A Case Report
子癲前症合併兩側漿液性視網膜剝離－病例報告
摘要
漿液性視網膜剝離是一種罕見的子癲前症合併症，子癲前症併發漿液性視網膜剝離的致病機轉仍未完全明白，近年來眼底螢光攝影的證據顯示脈絡膜微血管缺血可能是致病原因。本篇報告一例子癲前症患者合併兩側脈絡膜病變併漿液性視網膜剝離的病例，病人最終視力恢復正常，僅於黃斑部留下些許色素層病變。

Serous retinal detachment is a rare complication of preeclampsia. The pathogenesis of retinal detachment in preeclampsia is not completely understood. Angiographic evidence of choriocapillaris ischemia has recently been described in patients with preeclampsia. We report a case of bilateral serous retinal detachment in a patient with preeclampsia. The retinal detachment was resolved C/S & normalization of blood pressure. There are no significant visual impairment though focal macular pigmentary change remained.
