兩側性視神經盤包埋膠螢體併出血－病例報告
Bilateral Optic Disc Buried Drusen with Hemorrhage
摘要
本文是報告一位30歲女性病人，因右眼主訴飛蚊症狀，經眼科檢查，證實為一兩側性視神經盤包埋膠螢體併玻離體及網膜下出血的病例。

We report a case of bilateral optic disc buried drusen with hemorrhage in a 30-year-old woman. The patient presented a symptom of floaters over right eye for two days. Fundus examination showed bilateral disc elevation with blurred disc margin, bilateral peripapillary subretinal hemorrhage, and vitreous hemorrhage & superficial disc hemorrhage in right eye, while C-T scan revealed abnormal calcification in left optic disc. During two months of follow up, visual acuity remained well, and subretinal hemorrhage & disc hemorrhage were resorbed.
