眼科住院醫師敎育之新趨勢
Current Trends of Resident Education in Ophthalmology
摘要
近年來醫療環境的改變相當地快速，醫師的養成訓練，也逐漸被要求由以往單純的學習治病，轉變為以能勝任照護人為主。本文搜集近十年內眼科期刊上，住院醫師敎育改革的相關文章，並加以整理，以簡要說明目前眼科醫學敎育的新趨勢。

The rapid changes in the medical environment during the recent years have created a new impetus for change in the training of resident physicians: to be a ”competent doctor” rather than just knowing how to ”cure disease”. This article reviews the related ophthalmic journals in the last ten years to address the topic of current trends of resident education in ophthalmology.
