摘要

目的：報告一例以0.002% Mitomycin C治療角結膜上皮內腫瘤的病例。
方法：病例報告。
結果：一位80歲男性因6個月來右眼視力逐漸模糊及白色腫塊而就診。病理報告證實為角結膜上皮內腫瘤。原本以0.02% Mitomycin C眼藥治療，病患感覺右眼疼痛不適，因此改以0.002% Mitomycin C眼藥。經治療5個月後，腫瘤消退。
結論：使用局部0.002% Mitomycin C作為原發性角結膜上皮內腫瘤的替代療法具有效果並可減低副作用。

Purpose: To report a case of conjunctival-corneal intraepithelial neoplasia successfully treated with topical 0.002% mitomycin C.
Method: case report.
Result: An 80-year-old man visited our Eye Clinic complaining of a whitish mass in his right eye with progression and blurred vision for 6 months. Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of conjunctival-corneal intraepithelial neoplasia. Initially, 0.02% mitomycin C was used however the patient complained of eye pain and therefore adjustment to 0.002% was made. After treatment of 5 months, the tumor had completely regressed.
Conclusion: Topical 0.002% mitomycin C is effective as an alternative treatment of primary conjunctival-corneal intraepithelial neoplasia with minimal complications.
