治療葡萄膜炎免疫抑制藥物依實證醫學之使用原則：至2009年相關文獻回顧第三部份：新一代治療葡萄膜炎之生物製劑
Immunomodulatory Therapy in Uveitis: A 2009 Updated Evidenced-Based Use Part Ⅲ: New Biologics in Uveitis
摘要
目的：以實證醫學的角度回顧生物製劑在葡萄膜炎患者的使用經驗。 方法：文獻回顧。 結果：搜尋Medline上至2009年11月與葡萄膜炎之生物製劑相關的文獻。 結論：生物製劑於治療葡萄膜炎是安全且有效的。Anti-TNF，干擾素，anti-IL1，anti-CD20，anti-CD25與anti-CD52都已經被應用在葡萄膜炎的治療與控制。但疾病的控制，經濟上的效益與藥物相關的副作用都應該被權衡考量。

Purpose: To review the principles and evidence-base of biologics use in uveitis patients. Methods: Review of literature. Results: A search of Medline was conducted for indexed journal articles related to biologic drugs in uveitis patients up to Nov. 2009. Conclusion: Biologic drugs are safe and effective for uveitis. Anti-TNF, interferon, anti-IL1, anti-CD20, anti-CD25 and anti-CD52 have been used for uveitis control. Disease control, economic loading and drug-related complications should be balanced.
