Superficial Adnexal Lymphangioma: Case Report and Literature Review
表淺性眼附屬器淋巴管瘤之病例報告及文獻回顧
摘要
目的：表淺性眼附屬器淋巴管瘤之罕見成年病例報告。方法：病例報告。結果：一名42歲女性病患，在過去10年內常有間歇性眼瞼腫大症狀。這次主訴在過去三個月內，左側上眼瞼有反覆瘀青性腫大。經檢查，發現在其左側眼瞼及結膜處有一藍灰色腫塊。電腦斷層掃描顯示為局部性上眼瞼病灶，並無深部眼窩侵犯。經上眼瞼切口，將腫瘤儘可能切除乾淨；病理切片證實為淋巴管瘤。結論：淋巴管瘤是一種不常見的血管畸形，通常在孩童時期被診斷出來。單純表淺型之淋巴管瘤則更為罕見，且通常發生在年紀稍大之成年人。因此，當成年人表現出反覆性眼瞼腫大症狀時，淋巴管瘤仍須列入鑑別診斷。

Purpose: To report a rare adult case of superficial adnexal lymphangioma.Method: Interventional case report and literature review.Results: A 42-year-old female presented with a 3-month history of ecchymosis and swelling in the left upper eyelid. On examination, a blue-grey mass over left upper eyelid and conjunctival fornix was noted. CT revealed a localized lid mass in left upper eyelid. Complete resection of the tumor was done via lid crease incision, and the pathology disclosed a lymphangioma.Conclusion: Lymphangioma is an uncommon vascular malformation that was usually diagnosed in early childhood. Superficial type of lymphangioma is rare and may occur later in adult life. Therefore, lymphangioma should be included in differential diagnosis in adult case of lid swelling.
