以資訊系統實施成功模式為基礎探討醫師對健保雲端藥歷系統的使用與評價之初探

A Preliminary Survey of Physicians on National Health Insurance PharmaCloud System: Based on the IS Success Model

摘要


落實政府推廣健保雲端藥歷系統加值運用,收集主要使用者-醫師的使用評價作為後續優化系統的參考基礎。以資訊系統實施成功模式為基礎,藉由問卷調查收集醫師的評價資料。採用SmartPLS V3進行資料分析。結果顯示資訊品質正向影響滿意度(路徑係數為0.331)、系統品質分別正向影響滿意度(路徑係數為0.562)與系統使用(路徑係數為0.348)、滿意度和使用意圖正向影響淨效益(路徑係數分別為0.232、0.451),模式整體解釋力(依變數為淨效益)達38%。藉由提升雲端藥歷系統的資訊品質與系統品質有助於增強醫師的使用意圖與滿意度並進而促進工作成效。正向的使用經驗可望向外擴展進而影響同儕或其他醫護人員。

This study conducted a survey on the National Health Insurance (NIH) PharmaCloud system. Data and feedback collected from the primary users of this system, physicians, can be helpful for the government to promote the implementation of PharmaCloud, and they can also serve as the based for system optimization.Physicians' feedback on the IS Success Model questionnaires providednecessary data for SEM and SmartPLS V3 analysis.The results demonstrated that: data quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction (path coefficient: 0.331); system quality positively affected user satisfaction (path coefficient: 0.562) and system usage (path coefficient: 0.348); the model had an overall explanatory power of 38% (dependable variables as net benefit). Enhancing the data quality and system quality of NIH PharmaCloud increases the willingness to use the systemas well asuser satisfaction and subsequent productivity. Positive user experience can also influence peers and other medical professionals.
