運用商業智能系統建構互動視覺化平台提升醫院管理效能:以個案醫院為例

摘要


前言:醫院作為照護民眾身心的重要機構,唯有永續發展方能世代守護國人的健康,相較於其他企業,醫院的專業程度與分工模式複雜的多,民眾的健康狀況隨時變動也會影響醫療照護模式的提供,因此醫院的決策資訊更需具備多元化與即時性,讓管理者能快速作出整合性的策略以因應不斷變化的病情與疫情。目的:個案醫院應用商業智能系統提升醫院經營與醫療品質的管理效率與效能,以自動化方式建構資料倉儲,設計簡單易懂的視覺化互動查詢介面,取代傳統的數字報表或靜態圖形,讓管理者能迅速掌握經營績效與醫療服務品質趨勢,提升醫院決策效能與效率。方法:為提升個案醫院醫療決策品質與效能,個案醫院透過一、分析問題、二、規劃執行策略、三、資料解構與串聯、四、運用商業智能系統設計自動更新互動式視覺化圖表、五、整合性直覺式互動儀表板、六、權限設定、七、數據分析人才培育等步驟,來運用商業智能系統建構互動視覺化平台。專案負責人首先運用PDCA品質改善工具盤點醫院現況問題,再依據問題規劃具體可行的改善策略,並統整資源與進行人才培育,以達成本專案目的。結果:個案醫院運用商業智能系統完成建構互動視覺化平台,透過整合經營管理與醫療品質等業務資訊,提升醫院整體數據分析產出效能、提升醫療照護品質。結論:個案醫院運用雲端分析技術由非資訊人員主導整合經營與醫療品質資訊,擘劃智能戰情儀表板,培育跨界數據分析人才。本專案透過個案醫院的成功經驗分享,期盼能協助未來欲運用商業智能系統協助提升醫院管理效能之醫院。
