本研究以資訊系統成功模式與科技接受模式(TAM)為基礎,探討學生健康資訊管理系統之現況、滿意度及其成功模式,期待能提供未來主管機關進行評估與改進之參考。主要研究內容與問卷調查分析結果為:(1)學生健康資訊管理系統的主要使用者-以女性護理人員居多,且有高達83.1%的使用者使用時間超過3年;(2)在滿意度方面-北、中、南與東部的使用者評價高於離島的使用者;(3)學生健康資訊管理系統成功模式之驗證-「使用態度」與「使用效益」對「使用意願」有顯著的正向影響,「系統品質」與「使用意願」對「系統使用」有顯著的正向影響,「資訊品質」、「系統品質」、「系統使用」與「使用效益」對「滿意度」有顯著的正向影響,「系統使用」與「滿意度」對「使用效益」有顯著的正向影響,均支持本研究架構,但「資訊品質」對「系統使用」則無顯著影響。
This research is based on Information System Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). It is to discuss the current use of Health Information System for Elementary School in elementary schools nationwide and its System Success Model. This research provides the official authorities directions on evaluating and improving this system. According to this study and the results of the questionnaire, some conclusions will be suggested as follows. (1)The users of this system are female nurses, and as high as 83.1% of them have used it for three years. (2)The evaluation of users living in northern, middle, southern and eastern parts of Taiwan is higher than that of off-shore is landers. (3)With the examining of the Health IS, there are some results drawn. First, both ”attitude toward use” and ”net benefit” have a significant influence on behavior intention to use. Second, both ”system quality” and ”behavior intention to use” have a significant influence on ”use of information”. Third, four variables-”information quality”, ”system quality”, ”use of information”, and ”net benefit” have a significant influence on ”users' satisfaction.” Fourth, both ”use of information” and ”users' satisfaction” have a significant influence on ”net benefit”. Finally, however, the ”information quality” has no significant influence on ”use of information”. Except for the last result, this study does support the research.
