A Walsh Multi-Resolution Approach to Solving Transmission Line Problems

The Walsh operational matrix representing the integral Laplace operator, 1/s, derived previously by the authors is generalized to a form which corresponds to an irrational Laplace operator. By using the new formula, we can solve certain partial differential equations including various transmission line problems.
