裝配系統設計之決策支援專家系統

A Decision Support Expert System for Assembly System Design

摘要


裝配作業在產品生產過程中佔有相當重要的比例,裝配作業適當的使用自動化設備,有助於降低生產成本。裝配系統的設計與規劃,若妥善利用電腦做為輔助工具,則設計時間可減少,而且可提高決策品質。本研究提出一套決策支援專家系統,並發展適用的方法,以幫助工廠規劃者設計出適合的裝配系統。本研究首先做裝配系統的選擇,決定出裝配系統的輸送方式與裝配方式。然後進行第一個設計階段,亦即是將局部裝配擷取與裝配線平衡同時做考慮而安排裝配系統,使之裝配時間較短,以及具有較高的平衡效率。再以第二個設計階段,決定裝配作業之合適機器人種類與機器人供給設備。最後,本研究針對一個汽車工廠做實證研究,以引擎裝配作業驗証本研究的方法及其實用性。

Assembly operations have great impacts on the process of product manufacturing. Proper use of automation can reduce the production cost, increase capacity and benefits. Using computer as an aid designing and plan the assembly system can reduce the time duration and then increase the quality of decision-making. In this paper, a decision support expert system is developed to help managers for designing a proper assembly system for their factory. First, a selection procedure is build to decide the type of assembly system. Then, in the first stage of the design process, both subassembly extraction and assembly line balancing are considered for workstation arrangement and task assignment. Additionally, the second stage of the design process matches proper robots and feeding devices with assembly operations. Finally, a practical example of automobile engine assembly is presented for illustration and validation.
