日本創造力培育和工業設計整合之探討

Integration Investigation on Cultivation of Creativity and Industrial Design in Design in Japan

摘要


一九九六年一月廿八日至二月四日獲國科會贊助與台灣師大工教系洪榮昭教授、吳明雄副教授及彰化師大工教系蕭錫奇教授共四人前往日本考察-日本創造力之培育。在短短時間裡我們訪察了(1)在京兒童之城(2)東京台東區青少年發明俱樂部(3)東京都立工藝高等學校(4)國立筑波大學藝術學院生產設計系(5)筑波技術短期大學(6)國立東京工業大學精密工學研究所(7)筑波科學城工業技術生命工學工業研究所(8)大阪松下電器株式會社綜合設計中心(9)東京東芝株式會社設計中心九個單位。並特別拜訪了「設計基礎」大師高山正喜久教授。這一次的考察時間雖短、可是因行程緊湊,收獲豐碩。從幼兒到青少年的造形訓練至高職、大專設計活動並對企業至國家級的科技研究所通盤性的瞭解。正值我國努力提昇經濟、產業及教育的轉型期,又面對二十一世紀的來臨,如何建立全方位的設計教育,激勵全民的創造能力,從周圍生活環境的改善到把台灣建設為一個美麗的科技島,是我們要努力的目標。日本對創造設計的培育及做法值得我們省思借鏡。

Sponsored by National Science councel, a trip to Japan was made January 28th through February 4th, 1996, to investigate the cultivation of creativity in Japan. During this short stay, we have called upon 9 educational units. And a meeting with the respectful master of ”Designing Foundation” was also understanding in plastic arts training from the childhood to the youth, in designing activities from vocational school to colleges, and in technical institutes set up in enterprises and government was then acquired. At this transforming period of upgrading our own economics, industries and education, and with the coming of the 21st century, we should work on establishing an overall designing education, stimulationg the creativity of all folks and constructing Taiwan, from its living environment, to a beautiful technologic island. Thus, the Japanese ways of doing with regards to the cultivation of creativity and designs are indeed worth our introspecting and somehow making use of.
