學生創造力及其相關因素研究-以中原大學室內設計系為例

A Study on the Creativity and Its Relative Factors of the Students Majoring in Interior Design at Chung Yuan Christian University

摘要


「室內設計」的目的在解決人類室內生活空間的種種問題,其每一個工作環節都與創意息息相關,在這個高度競爭的環境裡,唯有擁有高度的創造力,才能面對時代的挑戰。本研究旨在了解中原大學室內設計系學生之創造力表現,探討影響其創造力表現之相關因素,同時尋求預測學生創造力的變項組合,以期做為提昇未來室內設計教育的依據,並提供課程規劃與實施創造性教學之參考。 本研究之研究工具為:「新編創造思考測驗」,以及根據「威廉斯創造力傾向量表」與「影響我國高職工業類科學生創造力相關因素問卷」等修訂而成之問卷共三種。以中原大學室內設計系九十學年度一到四年級的學生為研究對象,進行班級團體施測,計有效問卷143份,有效回收率為91.1%,經由統計分析後,本研究獲得的結果歸納如下: 1. 室內設計系學生圖形流暢力、圖形獨創力、圖形精進力及語文流暢力、語文獨創力皆優於一般大學生,且創造力傾向總分呈現「良好」的結果,顯示室內設計教育有助於學生創造力發展。 2. 就圖形創造力及語文創造力而言,「年級」、「身份別」、「學業成績」、「設計成績」、「美術訓練背景」、認知風格與學習動機類型等7個因素對於學生的圖形創造力及語文創造力有顯著影響。「母親教育程度」對於學生的語文流暢力有顯著影響;教師類型對於學生的語文變通力有顯著影響。 3. 在創造力傾向方面,「身份別」、「學業成績」、「設計成績」、認知風格、學習動機類型、「父母教育程度」、「父母職業類別」、父母教養方式、教師類型與同儕互動等因素對於學生創造力傾向的特質有影著影響。 4. 圖形創造力、語文創造力與創造力傾向之相關皆達顯著,且均為正相關。 5. 圖形創造力的預測變項為:語文變通力、想像力、「身份別」、語文流暢力及「設計成績」,這5個變項聯合可預測圖形創造力78.2%的變異量。 6. 語文創造力的預測變項為:圖形流暢力、「設計成績」、「年級」、創造力傾向總分及「母親教育程度」,這5個變項聯合可預測語文創造力77.2%的變異量。 7. 創造力傾向的預測變項為:圖形獨創力、美術訓練背景、同儕互動、語文流暢力、認知風格,這5個變項聯合可預測創造力傾向46.4%的變異量。

The object for “Interior Design” is to solve all kinds of problems found in the interior living space of the human beings. Each link of work is inseparably related to the creativity. In such highly competitive circumstances, only when we have great creativity we can face all the challenges of the new era. Therefore, this investigation is for the purpose of comprehending creativity of the students majoring in Interior Design at Chung Yuan Christian University, studying about the factors that may influence their creativity, seeking a prediction about the variant combination of their creativity in order to obtain the basis of the Interior Design education in the future, and at the same time to provide a reference for the program of courses and the realization of creative education. This study embraces three investigative methods, including a “New Creativity Test”, and the other two already modified “Williams Scale of Creativity” and a “Questionnaire of Influencing Creativity and Relative Factors of the Students in Vocational School”. All the students of the four grades of the Department of Interior Design at Chung Yuan Christian University in the academic year 90 are centered in this investigation. Such survey is done group by group. Totally there are 143 available opinion polls and the recovery rate is 91.1%. After the analysis of statistics, this research obtains the results as followed: 1. The fluency of graph, the elaboration of graph and the fluency of verbal that display the students of the Department of Interior Design are better than the average university students. And the creativity aptitude shows the result of “GOOD”, indicating that the education of the Interior Design is favorable to students’ creativity development. 2. When talking about the graph and verbal creativities, there are seven factors that have significantly influences upon the students in the mentioned capacities, such as “Grade”, “Identity”, “Study notes”, “Design notes”, “Art training background”, cognitive style, learning motives and so on. Besides, “Mother’s educational grade“ is significantly influential over the language fluency, while the teacher’s type significantly affects students’ language flexibility. 3. In the aspect of the creativity aptitude, “Identity”, “Study notes”, “Design notes”, cognition style, type of learning motive, “Parents’ educational grade”, “Parent’ occupation”, parents’ breeding form, teacher’s type, interaction of peer group affect the creativity aptitude significantly. 4. The relation of the creativities of graph, verbal and creative aptitude is obvious and positive. 5. The predictable variants of the graph creativity are verbal flexibility, imagination, “Identity”, verbal fluency, and “Design notes”. The union of these five variants can predict 78.2 % variation of the graph creativity. 6. The predictable variants of the verbal creativity are graph fluency, “Design notes”, “Grade”, creativity aptitude, “Mother’s educational grade”. The union of these five variants can predict 77.2 % variation of the verbal creativity. 7. The predictable variants of the creativity aptitude are graph originality, “Art training background”, interaction of peer group, verbal fluency, and cognition style. The union of these five variants can predict 46.4 % variation of the creativity aptitude.
