台灣廠商對ISO 9000品質經營策略之實證研究

摘要

推行ISO 9000系列品質保證驗證制度已成為世界潮流與趨勢。國內廠商欲增強國際競爭優勢，唯有加速調整品質經營策略；以過過ISO 9000系列認證制度。本研究係針對影響廠商採取 ISO 9000品質經營作為競爭策略的實證研究，探討對象為「商品檢驗認可登錄ISO 9000品質保證制度工廠名錄」中309家廠商，進行問卷調查與分析。研究結困發現企業經營的內外在環境因素、經營策略的選定過程、經營層的品質策略價值認知等，均對廠商品質策略形成意向有顯著影響。

It has been a worldwide trend to implement the quality assurance program for obtaining ISO 9000 series certification. In order to be able to obtain this certification and increase international competitive advantage, domestic companies must adjust their quality management strategies. This research is a pragmatic study focusing on the impact of companies' adoption of the ISO 9000 series as the quality management for competitive strategy. This research is through a questionnaire survey and analysis for 309 certified ISO 9000 companies in the list of government's publication. The results show that the internal and external environmental factors of companies' management, decision process of management strategy, and value recognition of quality strategy of management level are not significant to form the intention of companies' quality strategy.
