摘要

本論文主要是根據台灣工業設計顧問公司目前的經營現況及需求調查，以探討工業設計服務業當前面臨的經營離題及需求。透過國內各相關單位在過去五年來，所舉辦的設計服務業座談曾、公聽會，及針對設計公司所進行的需求調查等相關文獻探討分析為基礎，配合專家學者的意見，以了解目前設計公司在外部大環境上及公司內部經營方面所遭遇的困難。並提出期望政府及中華民國工業設計協曾（CIDA）提供的協助與服務，希望能改善國內的設計環境，以解決設計公司的經營困境。

Based on understanding the managing conditions and demands of industrial design consultancy practices, this paper is to study the managing problems confronted by industrial design houses nowadays in Taiwan. By reviewing the public opinions from panel discussions and public hearings held by the relative organizations during the recent five years and referring to the expertise, the author concludes the managing problems confronted by industrial design consultancies nowadays. Also the expectations given to the government and the China Industrial Design Association (CIDA) may be helpful to solve those problems.
