摘要

在多品種少量的市場趨勢，以及消費者導向的競爭之下，發展彈性裝配系統是一種有效的因應方式。裝配系統的彈性指的是其執行不同產品裝配並能迅速轉換之能力。彈性系統可以裝配多種不同的產品，因此導致了投資的利潤化，同時提供產品發展之彈性，以滿足市場及消費者之多樣化需求。本研究首先發展彈性裝配系統設計與規劃之各項技術，包括建立系統指數及設備指數以提供裝配系統選擇與設備設計之參考；利用零件結合關係以建立局部裝配擷取；以及提高平衡效率與系統彈性之裝配線規劃。研究中並建立電腦輔助工具來完成彈性裝配系統的設計，系統模組包括了裝配系統選擇、局部裝配分析，裝配設備選擇及裝配線規劃。一旦模組選定之後，本系統就自動的進行資料運算、條件查驗，直到結果的輸出為止，設計者可以較快速的變更參數指派，提高系統設計的效率與品質。最後，本研究採用引擎裝配作為實證以說明並驗證電腦輔助系統之功能。

The development of flexible assembly systems is an effective way to compete in a consumer-oriented, high-variety, low-volume market trend. The flexibility of an assembly system is its ability to assemble different products and to be switched over to new tasks. Flexible systems can assemble a wide spectrum of products, thus leading to profitable investment, while simultaneously providing the possibility for flexible product development. This paper presents a computer aided design and planning of flexible assembly systems. First, the techniques for flexible assembly systems are developed, those are: system and equipment selection using system and equipment indices, subassembly extraction using mating conditions, and assembly line planning for balancing efficiency and system flexibility. Secondly, a computer aided system is constructed for flexible assembly system design. Four modules are included in the system, they are: assembly system selection module, subassembly analysis module, assembly equipment selection module, and assembly line planning module. Each, of the modules processes the input data automatically through its own condition examination, therefore increases the efficiency and quality in flexible assembly system design. Finally, an engine assembly is adopted for illustrating and validating the system functions in computer aided design and planning of flexible assembly system.
