摘要

腹部手術後之急性和慢性神經性疼痛，對病患無疑是痛苦和苦惱的。雖然現今對術後急慢性神經性疼痛的病理生理學已有充分的了解，低侵入性的手術方式也不斷推陳出新，新的藥物輸入方式也陸續發展，完善令人滿意的術後神經性疼痛的處理，仍然是一個極大的挑戰。本文概略陳述現今對於腹部手術後的急性神經性疼痛的藥物處理，以及慢性神經性疼痛的藥物、非藥物和侵入性處理。

Acute and chronic post abdominal surgery neuropathic pain is tormenting and distressful for the patients. The flawless and satisfying management to deal with the postoperative neuropathic pain remains a challenge in spite of advances of knowledge for the pathophysiology of acute and chronic pain, the development of minimally invasive surgical procedures and innovative methods of drug delivery. This article outlines the pharmacological treatments for acute neuropathic pain after abdominal surgery, and the pharmacological and non-pharmacological and invasive treatments for chronic neuropathic pain after abdominal surgery.
