服務性行銷對提升學校運動場館經營管理之探討

The Investigation of Service Marketing to Promote Sport Facilities

摘要


運動場館的經營一直是國內管理學領域所重視的一環,近年來的相關研究也持續成長,爲了讓學校運動場館的經營管理更有效率,本文利用行銷策略的行銷方式,並結合服務性的理念,提出更爲創新的服務性行銷策略,來提高學校運動場館的管理效能。學校運動場館的經營管理工作若能做好,不僅能確保使用者的安全,更可以提供學校師生、社區民眾一個優良的休閒活動場所,甚至可以增加學校的營運收入,因此,如何利用服務性行銷策略來向外推展學校運動場館的設施、設備,是學校業務應積極著手的課題。

The sport management area in our country had always attached great importance to the sport facility management. In the past few years, related study had continuously increased. To make the sport facility management in the school much efficiently, the following issue used the marketing strategy to integrate the service, to promote the efficiency. It would not only ensure the user's safety, but also increased the income from the sport facility, if the sport facility management in the school is well performed. Therefore, how to expand the sport facility in the school by ministrant marketing strategy is the significant scholastic affair.
