以PIC爲核,面之電控系統快速開發平台設計及應用

PIC Based Fast Developing Platform Design and Its Application for Electrical Control System

摘要


本文主要以MICROCHIP之PIC處理器爲控制核心,並整合一般電控系統常用之周邊及感測介面,以設計一電控系統的快速開發平台。整個開發平台主要整合有步進馬達之驅動電路、直流伺服馬達之驅動介面、按鍵輸入介面、顯示介面、電源電路等。藉由此一電控系統快速開發平台的設計,可協助使用者快速的進行產品的設計,縮短產品的開發時問並節省產品開發的費用。而爲了驗證此快速開發平台的實用性,並以阻抗匹配器的伺服控制爲範例,驗證其如何達成電控系統的設計及控制理論的實現。

A fast development platform design for electrical control system and its application are proposed in this paper. This platform took the PIC microcontroller as the control kernel, and integrated the necessary peripheral and sensor circuits to implement the electrical control system design. Such as stepping motor driver circuit, DC servo driver circuit, keyboard unit, display unit and power supply unit all appear in this platform. It can speed up the design time and reduce the development cost. A simple example of impedance matching work design is used to demonstrate the feasibility of the platform. It can come true the variable capacitance tuning real time and achieve precise position control by embedding the PID or VSC controller program to the control kernel.
