臺灣地區礦產開發利用之現況－以大理石為例

摘要

我國基於實務需要及風險管理，維持大理石（石灰石）礦石的自給性及穩定性，絕對有其必要。本文藉由近5年的生產及需求數據的統計分析，得知國內大理石（石灰石）礦石自產量逐年遞減，而國外進口量則逐年遞增。並經由觀察分析，提出4個可能的問題及影響：1.供應不穩定性增加。2.產業發展受限。3.港口吞吐量受排擠。4.交通負荷增加。提供給公部門及業界，作為未來思考問題及研擬對策的參考。

It is necessary to maintain self-sufficiency and stability of mining resources, based on practical need and risk management. It is clear that mine production of domestic marble decreases and import production of marble increases through analysis of data over 5 years. Therefore, there are 4 possible questions or influence shall be mentioned below: 1. increasing in supply instability. 2. restriction on industry development. 3. cargo-handling capacity of a port. 4. traffic overload. Above-mentioned information can be taken as a reference for official authorities on thinking about future Strategies.
