台灣東部大理石礦開發之區域經濟關聯性分析

摘要

配合區域性資源的特色，輔導相關大型投資計劃開發，不但可以發揮地方特色，帶動所投資產業的發展，更可以帶動區域經濟發展並創造就業機會。本省東部大理石礦源豐富，配合石材市場需求及水泥產業東移政策，預期東部區域未來之大理石礦開發將轉趨積極。本研究擬系統化的探討東部大理石礦產資源開發之必要性、競爭性，及其開發與東部區域之產業關聯，及對東部區域經濟之影響。

In the east region of Taiwan containing abundant limestone resources face the prospect of rapid growth of cement demands as revealed in Six-Year National Development Plan. Owing to the exhaustion of limestone deposits in western Taiwan and the restriction of environmental regulation, it is inevitable that the cement industry will move to eastern Taiwan. This paper investigates the regional impacts of limestone resources development on eastern Taiwan's economy.
