三度空間剪切混合層之數值模擬

Numerical Simulation of 3-D Free Shear Layer

摘要


藉由兩個速度不同,密度不同之流體混合後形成之剪切混合層,研究其發展。其幾何形狀十分簡單,但是在混合過程中,這種簡單的流場組合,在工程上有許多應用價值。本文輪流使用二階顯性MacCormack和Godunov方法作數值模擬,直接求解三度空間可壓縮尤拉(Euler)方程式,以研究三度空間剪切混合層其基本物理性質。如混合層之增長率,相似關係,大渦漩之形成交互作用,Reynold應力等,俾助於了解三流體之混合情形。

The fundamental physical properties of a 3-D free shear layer formed by two flows with different velocity, and density such as the growth rate, coherent structures, Reynold stresses and simularity relationship are studied by the method of direct numerical simulation. Three dimensional Euler equations are solved by using the second-order, explicit MacCormack and Godunov methods alternately to cancel the numerical phase error.
