抽樣檢驗計畫之專家系統

國內中小企業面臨全球化的競爭，爲求生存與發展必須提升其產品之品質，惟中小企業對品質管理制度的建立與執行較能獲得具體成果，但對統計品質管制部份仍較不易有效執行，致影響品質提升。本抽樣檢驗計畫系統包括：規準型抽樣計畫模組、連續型抽樣計畫模組、選別型抽樣計畫模組、調整型抽樣計畫模組及預防型抽樣計畫模組，其中包括美軍軍規標準(MIL-STD)、日本檢驗標準(JIS)、國際標準組織(ISO)及其他常用的抽樣檢驗計畫，計15項抽樣計畫，204個基本抽樣檢驗計畫模式。本專家系統係依據使用者需求選取其抽樣計畫，並以簡易交談方式輸入相關的資料，不需任何統計計算，依循系統導引即可完成抽樣檢驗計畫之訂定。本系統是一個網際網路應用系統，可藉由網路資源共享達到協同設計之目的。本系統可應用於品質管制的教育訓練、產品品質管制、供應鏈品質管理及拓展跨國際貿易之線上品管、採購規範擬定及公差設計等。

The small and medium enterprises have faced the global competition in Taiwan. For existence and development, those enterprises have to improve their product's quality. So far, the small and medium enterprises have established the ability to build and fulfill a quality management system, but they are still beset by the statistical quality control problem. This is one of factors that is affecting to quality improvement. The expert system includes two-point sampling plans, continuing sampling plans, rectifying sampling plans, adjusting sampling plans, and prevention sampling plans etc.. These sampling plans include 15 different types of sampling plans, which involve MIL-STD, JIS, ISO, and others. This expert system classifies the sampling plans into 204 basic models. Users were gradually guided to figure out the sampling plans and criteria without any calculation. In this research, the expert system is an applied internet system that shares in the resource achieving collaboration design. Hence, this expert system is good for quality control training, product quality control, supply chain quality management and global trading processes such as on line quality control, negotiation purchasing criteria, and designing specification tolerance etc.
