固定失效率降低法下租賃設備之最佳預防保養策略-以韋伯分配為例

摘要


本論文主要探討具有韋伯壽命分配之租賃設備,於租賃期間故障維修採取小修方式與預防保養採取固定失效率降低法前提下,以設備出租者立場考慮故障維修、維修逾時懲罰及實施預防保養等成本,建構租賃期間內之成本模式,依據所建構成本模式尋求最佳預防保養策略,並提供相關數值分析以驗證最佳預防保養策略之績效。

This paper investigates the optimal Preventive Maintenance (PM) policy for leased equipment with Weibull lifetime distribution using the failure rate reduction. Failures are repaired by the lesser with minimal repair during leased period. The mathematical model is developed to derive the optimal PM policy such that the expected total cost (includes repair costs, penalties and PM costs) is minimized. The property of the optimal PM policy is investigated and some numerical analyses are provided to illustrate the performance of the optimal policy.
