By organic integrating the quality-related target and value system, social psychological system, management system, technology system, operational behaviors and physical expressions of an organization, organization quality culture is becoming a system with multi-dimensional and multi-level structure, and has a significant impact on organizational competitiveness and performance. Organization quality culture has become a hot research and practice spot but still in the primary stage now. This paper mainly combs and reviews the related researches on the definition, connotation, types and structure of organizational quality culture, the influence of quality culture on organizational performance, as well as the future research tendency of the organizational quality culture.
