影響我國軍校學生學業成績相關因素之研究
A Syudy of the Factors Appecting Military Cadet Acdemic Performance
摘要
來文主要探討影響軍校學生學業成績的相關因素，並以三軍七校學生為實證對象。研究結果顯示，影響學業成績的因素會隨學生成績之不同而有差異，經進一步分別按年級探討其影響因素後發現，不同年級間之影響因素亦不同。本文除將研究結果與相關文獻比較之外，並做成具體建議，以提供有關單位參考。

This article attempts to study the factors which affect the academic performance of military cadets. Based on Sampling cadets from all the military academies. the following resuIts were attained:(I)The fact ors which affect three levels of students ' performance grades arc different.(2)Factors affecting the cadets' percormance vary with different class levels.Furthermore, I compare the results of this article with those of existing papers and propositions and concludes with numerous substantive suggestions.
