摘要

非正式群體的存在是任何組織中無法避免的事實，軍中亦然。非正式群體可提供社會性的滿足，以彌補正式組織的不足，亦可能形成勢力以對抗組織的常規。管理者的責任在於深入了解非正式組織的結構，以導正其方向，對組織產生正面的影響。社會計量技術是一種分析非正式群體的工具，可以幫助管理者了解非正式群體的結構、分析個人在群體中的相對地位、比較不同群體或個人在組織中的影響力。由於其簡單易學，值得在軍中推廣實施。本研究以軍中樣本－國防管理學院資源管理研究所某期學生為研究對象，進行深入的分析，以了解其非正式群體的結構，作為管理與領導之參考，進而推論影響其群體組成的因素，並建議以大量之研究累積經驗與知識，以作為組織與政策製定之參考。

Informal group can be found in various organizations including military organizations. It's effectiveness can also be positive or negative to formal organizations depending on how the managers deal with it. The responsibilities of managers is to identify the structures of informal group, and to manage the group to lead the positive effects to the organization.Sociometry is a useful tool for managers to identify the structures of informal groups. Sociometry is easy to learn and easy to use. It can be used widely in the military organizations, to help the leaders of military units performing the management and leadership function.
