政治協商會議與我國憲政發展之研究
A Study on the Political Negotiation Conference in 1946 and the Constitutional Development of the R.O.C.

The purpose of this paper is trying to understand the Political Negotiation Conference-one of the most controversial issues in the history of the Republic of China. Focusing on the background of the conference, political partys attitudes and opinions expressed during the conference, the meaning of twelve principles, and the content of constitutional draft, this paper will explore the relationship between the Political Negotiation Conference and the constitutional development of the Republic of China.
