摘要

不孕婦女在不孕的治療歷程中，最後接受生殖科技治療，但這神秘又復雜的生殖科技治療，卻帶給她們非一般婦女在受孕歷程中所曾體驗到的感受。研究者以生殖科技治療護理諮詢護理師的身份，一面指導、照顧個案，一面收集資料，深入了解她們在決定接受生殖科技治療時，其對自己即將面臨治療的實際經驗與護理需求。
本研究共進行十五次護理諮詢團體討論會，共得到八十位個案所討論的內容，研究者於會後以摘要的方式記錄，是為資料收集。資料的分析是依據本研究之操作性定義，經內容分析，歸類個案之主觀經驗，共分為六大類：(1)對治療心存疑慮，(2)努力裝備自我，(3)努力操縱自我，(4)對治療寄予最高的期望，(5)缺乏主見，(6)孤獨與委屈。其護理需求包括：被深入了解其病史、了解其感受、分享其期望，得到專業指導、專業權威的決定，并獲保證、肯定、支持、照顧與關懷。
本研究結果，可用於訓練護理諮詢人員之參考，并可提供護理照護的依據。本研究資料未量化，故未能更明确顯露出個案最獨特之主觀經驗，此有待更進一步研究。

The purpose of this study was to explore the subjective experiences, and the nursing needs of infertile women when they decided to accept the treatment of assisted reproduction.
Each patient before she began the treatment must have been invited to the consultive conference. The researcher was the nurse consultant. All of the cases were the menbers who participated in the conference. The conference met 15 times and there were 80 participants.
As both a participant and an observer, the researcher provided nursing care, observed, and interviewed with these cases. All of the data was recorded, and content analysis was employed.
The result showed that the subjective experiences were: (1) doubting of the treatment, (2) preparing oneself, (3) controling oneself, (4) the best desire to the treatment, (5) losing one’s decision, (6) loneliness. They need understanding, professional teaching, professional decision, assurance, supporting, encouragement, and sharing.
