中部地區應屆畢業護生生計規劃及其相關因素之探討

摘要

針對國內中部地區三種不同學制（職校、專科、大學）護理科系統學生以結構式生計規劃調查表施測，探討應屆畢業護生的生計規劃認知及護理專業概念、自我概念之相關性，和其影響因素，作爲日後學校輔導護生生計規劃之參攷，本研究之問卷經信度及效義測定後，以集體施測方式實得有效問卷計1281份、回收率92.7%。資料收集後，經譯碼、輸入電腦後，以SAS/PC+6.04版分析，統計方法包括百分比、卡方檢定、變異數分析、相關矩陣及多變項分析等。綜合本研究結果得知目前中部地區護生普遍缺乏有關生計之概念及計劃。故建議學校開設有關「生計規劃」課程，而護理老師也應及早輔導學生有關生計概念，並提供生計規劃資料，協助學生進行生計規劃。

There are 1281 nursing students enrolled in the programs of vocational schools, junior colleges and University, who were interviewed by structured questionnaires concerning the career planning of nursing students.
Statistical techniques, such as chi-square, correlation and ANOVA were used. The results showed the general deficiency of nursing students on the cognition of career planning, especially the vocational school students. We suggest the curriculum of career planning is necessary. Meanwhile, nursing teachers must concern themselves with career planning of students.
