護理雜誌研究論文趨勢分析：1982-1992

摘要

此篇研究針對護理人員和第一作者，發表於中華民國護理學會護理雜誌1982-1992的178篇護理研究論文爲對象。以次數，百分比描述各年代的趨勢，進一步用卡方檢定前後五年的差異。結果發現合作者人數，合作單位數，高學曆作者，行政與臨床人員的參與率，屬於護理行政的論文數，曾具體綿說明研究目的，有設定研究架構的量性研究及有說明研究工具效、信度的論文數隨著年代有顯著增加的現象。此外，實驗性及類實驗性研究有稍爲增加的趨勢；資料分析方式隨著年代進展趨向複雜；有關護理教育的論文比例偏低；以學生身份發表的論文有減少傾向。針對研究結果，對未來護理研究發展提出以下建議：提昇研究步驟的正確性與嚴謹性，研究設計須配合主題朝向累積護理知識及評價護理措施之類實驗性或實驗性研究發展，鼓勵跨單位大型整合性研究及增開投稿管道等。

This paper analyzed the 178 nursing researches done by nurses and published in the Journal of Nursing during the period from 1982 to 1992. Frequency, percentage, and chi-square test were used for data analysis. Findings showed that the numbers of authors and collaborative units, the numbers of higher educated primary authors, the research conducted by administrators and clinical nurses, the content focused on nursing administration, the research papers with purpose well described, the quantitative research with conceptual or theoretical framework as well as the instruments with validity and reliability reporting were increased over the decade. Quasi and true experimental designs were slightly increased while there was an increase in use of sophisticated statistics. The findings also showed that the educational related papers held a small percentage over time and undergraduate student’s publication decreased. The following article discusses the results and makes suggestions for the future.
