Diagnosis of Peritoneopleural Communication with 99mtc-MAA Scintigraphy in A Patient with Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要
腹膜透析是治療末期腎臟病的一種有效治療方式，水胸在此類病患是一不常見之併發症，其可能原因是腹肋膜間產生交通所造成，然其眞正原因並不清楚。我們報告一個腹膜透析的病患因腹肋膜間交通造成水胸的病例，在鎝-99mMAA閃爍造影的發現及討論其肇因的可能機轉。

Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)is an effective therapy for end-stage renal disease. Hydrothorax is an uncommon complication of CAPD, is possibly secondary to peritoneopleural communications. But the real mechanism is still unclear. Peritoneal scintigraphy is a useful diagnostic tool in the management of complication of CAPD. We present a case of right hydrothorax who was during CAPD using 99mTC-MAA peritoneoscintigraphy.
