Hematoma in the Lower Limb: An Incidental Finding in (superscript 99m)Tc-Labeled Red Blood Cell Venography
下肢血腫：在鎝-99m標幟紅血球靜脈攝影中意外的發現
摘要
一位54歲肝硬化女性病患，症狀為左下肢腫賬，疑似深層靜脈栓塞。患者接受鎝－99m標幟紅血球靜脈攝影，藉此檢查診斷深層靜脈栓塞可能性。所獲得的影像中意外發現兩處藥物攝取減少區域。病患後來接受電腦斷層攝影，並在這兩處放置引流管，引流出相當數量之暗黑色液體。最後確定診斷為血腫而非先前憶斷之深層靜脈栓塞，此兩病變在臨床治療上截然不同。

We present a case of a 54 year-old woman who had left lower limb swelling. She received (superscript 99m)-labeled red blood cell ((superscript 99m)Tc-RBC) venography under the impression of deep vein thrombosis. We found two photopenic regions over her left lower limb accidentally. A moderate amount of dark red fluid was drained from the photopenic lesions under CT-guidance. The final diagnosis was hematomas. Clinical managements of hematoma and deep vein thrombosis are quit different, it is especially challenging in patients who have concomitant hepatic cirrhosis.
