Bleeding Inverted Meckel's Diverticulum in an Adult Patient: Radionuclide and Radiologic Findings

摘要
反轉梅克爾氏憩室症造成腸胃道出血的病例在臨床上是罕見的。我們描述了一位31歲男性病例向於反轉梅克爾氏憩室症出血而出現腹痛和血便的症狀。我們報告了這個病例的鎝－99m標記紅血球掃描、電腦斷層攝影及血管攝影。

Gastrointestinal bleeding caused by an inverted Meckel's diverticulum is considered a rare occurrence. We described a case of a 31-year-old male with vague abdominal pain and bloody stool due to an inverted Meckel's diverticulum. We reported the case that showed its particular findings in (superscript 99m)Tc-labeled erythrocytes ((superscript 99m)Tc-labeled RBC) scan, computed tomography, and superior mesenteric artery angiography.
