汽油中硫含量的控制

Control of the Sulfur Content in the Gasoline

摘要


2005年美國及歐洲汽油硫含量都將降至50ppm,國內環保署可能亦會考慮,將汽油中硫含量的要求降至100或是50ppm。為符合汽油中硫含量的要求有許多的方法,針對不同的煉油廠之煉製結構各異,處理方法也不同,汽油池中約90%的硫含量來自於媒裂工廠的汽油,要降低汽油池中硫含量的方法可從以下幾點著手: 1. 媒裂的進料的前處理。 2. 媒裂工廠的操作改善及正確媒裂工廠硫分佈的估算。 3. 媒裂汽油的後處理: (1) 降低汽油的蒸餾曲線end point。(2)傳統加氫脫硫。(3)催化蒸餾方法。(4)Mobil的OCTGAIN製程。(5)UOP的ISAL製程。(6)Adsorption。(7)Extraction。 本文介紹上述各種處理方法的技術核心,並比較各方法的優缺點。

The specification for the sulfur level in the gasoline is going to low down to be 50 ppm in the U.S.A. and Europe. The specification for Taiwan is also going to be 100ppm or 50ppm. Depending on the refinery structure, there are several ways to reach the sulfur specification. Nearly 90% sulfur in the gasoline pool came from the fluid cracking gasoline. The following ways are several common methods to reduce the sulfur content in the gasoline pool: 1. The pretreat method for the fluid cracking feed 2. The improved for the fluid cracking process and the additives. 3. The post treating methods for the cracking gasoline a. reduce the end point for gasoline b. traditional desulfurization c.
