鈍化法卸觸媒可行性評估

Evaluating Feasibility of Passivation Uploading Method

摘要


鈍化法卸觸媒是應用在加氫處理及加氫裂解工場,它是利用一種高分子量芳香化學物質為鈍化劑,加入稀釋油內一起導入反應器及高壓設備中,在這些設備及廢觸媒表面形成一層有機保護膜,這層有機保護膜能阻止氧氣與金屬硫化物接觸,使卸觸媒工作能在空氣環境下以重力及抽真空方式進行。與傳統卸觸媒比較起來,鈍化法有節省操作費用、減少廢觸媒重量、減少公安問題及維持操作環境乾淨等有形及無形效益,同時鈍化法卸觸媒比傳統法的卸觸媒時間可節省一天以上。由於鈍化法的技術及機具設備都在持續改進,加上所卸下的廢觸媒可以再生,日後整體經濟效益會更具優勢。 鈍化法也有一些潛在的缺點必須注意,同時也是需要廠商負責保證,主要包括大塊結焦廢觸媒的處理、鈍化劑化學成分是否會對設備材質造成潛在傷害的確認及設備因敏化而產生聚硫酸應力腐蝕的預防等。再者,鈍化法又需依賴有經驗的廠商人員,同時在國內廠商都還未有經驗的情況下,如何結合國外經驗豐富的廠商,成功的完成第一次作業,都是值得思考的問題。

Passivation unloading method generally can be used in hydrotreating and hydrocracking process. High molecular weight aromatic compounds mixing with light vacuum gas oil was those equipments and high pressure equipments. Organic films were formed on the wall of those equipments and spent catalysts. These films prevented oxygen from contacting with metal sulfides and catalyst could then be unloaded under air environment.. Compared with conventional method, passivation process can reduce total operation cost、spent catalyst weights、water treatment and promote safety、cleaning environment. Passivation process also has some drawbacks, including hard buck coke catalyst bed treatment、polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking prevent for sensitively materials, meanwhile passivation process must be coordination between skillful local workers with knowledgeable company. It is important to have a good coordination between skillful local workers with knowledgeable experts in order to complete unloading project successfully.
