摘要


透地雷達為地球物理探勘工具之一種,該技術在淺層地層探測頗有實力,此乃歸因於其操作便捷,探測結果具解析度高和即時輸出之優點。在資料處理上透地雷達亦可產生連續性剖面,探測目標位置及深度精確,並可用於探測金屬管及非金屬管。 透地雷達之技術可應用於土木及結構工程、環保工程、地質、道路工程、大地工程、古代遺址調查與軍事工程之領域,但實際上以管線偵測與管線工程最具經濟規模,未來市場則以地下水監測及整治較具潛力。

Ground penetrating radar (GPR) is one of the geophysical exploration tools. The advantages of its easy operation, high resolution, as well as fast response, make the technique very powerful in its application on shallow strata survey. GPR is capable of creating continuous profiles that could indicate precise locality and depth of targets, and is applicable both on metal and non-metal pipeline surveys. The technology of GPR can be applied on many fields, such as civil and structure engineering, environment engineering, geology, road construction, geotech engineering, archeological survey and military engineering. Practically, its applications on pipeline survey and construction have the greatest commercial scale. In the future market, its applications on Groundwater monitoring and remediation will have greater potential.
