HDPE Facilities and Current Status of HDPE Resins in Formosa Plastics Corporation

摘要

本文介紹台塑公司高密度聚乙烯的生產裝置、製程技術、產能、樹脂牌號和新產品開發現況。藉由逐步地去瓶頭，使得位於高雄的第一套及雲林的第二套裝置合計總產能達到53萬噸/年，2004年台塑烯的產品結構涵蓋吹塑薄膜、中空吹製料、押出料和射出料等四大類，並且具有單峰、雙峰甚至寬峰相對分子量分佈的產品特性。文末亦簡要介紹了HDPE裝置的發展策略及其樹脂未來開發方向以開拓新市場。

The HDPE facilities, manufacture technology, capacity, resin grades and new products develompent in Formosa Plastics Corporation were introduced. The total production of PE1 in Kaohsiung and PE2 in Yunlin reached 530 kilometric tons per year currently by means of technical revamping. In 2004, the products of Taisox-based resins included blown film, blow moulding, extrusion and injection-grade resins. These resins are characterized of unimodal, bimodal and even broader relative molecular weight distribution. The development strategy of HDPE operations in Formosa Plastics and developing directions of their resins to explore new marketplaces and more new customers for the future were also presented in brief.
