負載型酸性離子液體在JP-10合成之應用研究

The Application of Supported Acidic Ionic Liquid on the Synthesis of JP-10

摘要


本研究主要是探討各種不同酸性氣化鋁酸鹽離子液體(Chloroaluminate Ionic Liquid)之製備方法,並利用有機溶劑,將其分散含浸於多孔性擔體上,以提高環烷烴異構化反應活性。其中離子液體主要是由四級按氣化物,咪唑型有機陽離子氣化物,吡啶型有機陽離子氣化物與AlCl3製備而成。其中AlCl3莫耳分率為0.65,反應物與離子液體莫耳比為12.8/1,異構化反應溫度為50℃。將離子液體負載於擔體上,可有效提昇endo-四氫雙環戊二烯(endo-THDCPD)異構化成exo-四氫雙環戊二烯(exo-THDCPD)之轉化率。另外,亦發現以適當量之AlCl3或(CH3)3SiCl等先處理無機氣化物擔體表面之-OH基,再含浸氣化鋁酸鹽離子液體,可有效提高其異構化反應活性,其中擔體可使用SiO2、γ-Al2O3、MCM-41、α-Al2O3、Amberlyst 15及MMT等。

A serious of chloroaluminate ionic liquids were prepared with different kind of organic cations and AlCl3 molar fraction. The prepared ionic liquids were then impregnated on the porous supports with organic solvents for the improvement of isomerization activity. In this study, the acidic ionic liquids consist of alkyl-containing ammonium chloride, alkyl-containing imidazolium chloride, or alkyl-containing pyridinium chloride with AlCl3 in the molar fraction of 0.65. The activity tests were carried out under the reaction conditions: feed/ionic liquid=12.8/1; reaction temperature is 50℃. The conversion of endo-THDCPD to exo-THDCPD (JP-10) could be improved by the impregnation of ionic liquids on the support. In this study, the inorganic supports were also pretreated with AlCl3 or (CH3)3SiCl for the scavenging of the surface -OH group and then impregnated with acidic ionic liquids. The supports of SiO2, Al2O3, MCM-41, and montmorillonite were used.
