高速線材軋機用高解乳化性能滑油配方之開發

The Development of Super Demulsibility Lubricant Used in High Speed Steel Rod Rolling Mill

摘要


本研究旨在開發一種高解乳化性能的耐負荷潤滑油,係針對鋼廠作業中,滑油系統容易大量且持續進水的設備作業需要。特別是在高速線材或棒材軋製工廠的粗軋或中軋階段,常見大量冷卻水無可避免進入滑油系統中,且有齒輪變速機需潤滑的情形下。滑油性能須符合”MORGOIL Advanced Lubricant”規範,同時以現場使用的競爭滑油產品做為性能比較標的。經實驗室評估篩選完成配方開發,選定一種無灰型配方,性能均符合參考指標要求。並於線材軋製現場進行實機測試,以驗證產品的各項目標性能,並測試新開發產品性能的耐久性。 軋機用高解乳化性能滑油之實機測試,第一階段經連續單一油箱運轉6個月,操作條件嚴苛。經檢測滑油各項物性數值皆屬正常,並經拆開齒輪箱檢視內部機件如齒輪等,結果正常。現場同意繼續進行雙油箱全面運轉測試。經實機測試運轉1年,雙油箱滑油分別測試了1年及5個月。滑油各項重要物性指標經1年追蹤顯示:黏度及總酸價數值皆保持正常且穩定,顯示滑油本質經長時間作業仍無劣化情形;含水量依現場作業情況而有所變化,可經由靜置淨油及添補新油而有效控制;而滑油解乳化性能亦能維持穩定。實機測試順利完成,滑油性能獲得現場肯定。

This study is aimed to develop a kind of super demulsibility load-enduring lubricant needed in steel mill operation where large amount of cooling water can enter circulation oil system unavoidably. This high water contamination especially happens frequently in the process of high speed steel rod rolling mill where the abilities for oil to be separated from water quickly and to lubricate gears adequately are needed to be fulfilled. The performance of developing oil must meet the specifications of ”ORGOIL Advanced Lubricant” In the meantime, it can compete with the current on-site lubricant. Through experimental evaluation and screening of additives, a kind of ashless additive package is chosen which meets both the evaluation criteria. To verify the performance and endurance of chosen lubricant package, field trial is essential for the developing oil in high speed steel rod rolling mill. The first stage of the field trial of the oil is managed to run under single tank for the first 6 months, which is relatively stringent in mill operation. The performance of the oil was tracked by checking various oil properties during the test. The internal parts of gear box of rolling stand were also closely examined after the test of the fist stage. The test results of the first stage were approved. The test expand to full scale in both oil tanks were in the test. After 1 year field trial, various oil properties were checked. The results show: that viscosities and TAN' of the oil are stable which mean the oil shows no degradation after 1 year run in environment of high water contamination. Water contents and the demulsibility of the oil are varied throughout the test, but can be controlled effectively by water removal apparatus or by adding new oil. The results of field trial was approved by the steel mill, and the performance of the super demulsibility load-enduring lubricant was verified.
