氧氣槍燃燒技術於工業爐上之降氮氧化物特性研究

The De-NOx Characteristic of Oxygen-lance Combustion in an Industrial Furnace

摘要


本研究主要採用氧氣槍氮氧化物控制技術,將之應用於工業爐上,以降低NOx的體積排放濃度,實驗參數為氧氣噴槍間距及角度。本研究所建立之氧氣槍氮氧化物控制系統在氧氣噴槍間距上採680 mm 及410 mm 兩種距離,而氧氣噴槍的注入角度採用25°、30°及45°三種角度。性能測試結果顯示,在24~30% O2範圍內,不論是採用何種間距及角度,採用氧氣噴槍後,NOx排放濃度可大幅降低37%以上,同時燃燒器耐火磚溫度可比未採用氧氣槍時下降達90 ℃以上。

This study adopted oxygen lance technology to reduce NOx concentration for an industrial furnace. The parametric studies indicate the gaps and angles of oxygen lances. In this study, the gaps of oxygen lance are 680 mm and 410 mm, and the angles of oxygen lance are 25°, 30° and 45°. The experimental results showed that the NOx concentrations of flue gas can decrease more than 37% and the burner tile temperatures can decrease more than 90 ℃ after adopting oxygen lance for any gap and angle between 24% and 30% O2.
