摘要


本研究結合化學品及製程技術,開發PI-03聚合抑制劑配方,PI-03具有穩定氮氧自由基,抑制性能優異,可以快速有效捕捉製程中所產生的自由基分子,中止聚合反應之進行。實際應用於五輕丁二烯工場,在嚴密的監控下,配合工場多項改善措施及現場同仁的辛苦努力,製程中高分子聚合物生成量減少,換熱器的拆清次數降低,丁二烯產能月平均產量高達6,400 公噸。自97年10月工場開爐,連續操作35個月未停爐維修,創下本公司丁二烯工場最高的操作紀錄。

This study is to develop the polymerization inhibitor PI-03 formula by combining chemical with the process technology, and applied in CPC No.5 butadiene plant. Free radicals produced in the system can be easily captured by the inhibitor PI-03 with stable free radical of nitroxide, so the progress of polymerization could be terminated. Under strict monitoring, with the assistance of several improvement actions and plant colleague's efforts, the polymer fouling of the process was reduced, and the frequency of clear-up of heat exchangers was decreased. The average production rate of butadiene can reach as high as 6,400 tons/month. Since plant started up in October 2008 this run, the butadiene plant has been operated continuously over 35 months without any shutting down, which is also the highest operational record of butadiene plants in the company.
