摘要

油氣探勘是透過地質研究來找到合乎經濟價值的油氣藏。地質研究是經由現有的地質現象，去推斷以前發生過的事，油氣探勘既是以地質研究為基礎，同樣的也是以生油岩、儲集岩、蓋岩以及封閉構造的存在，去推斷過去有沒有經濟價值的油氣生成、排放、遷移以及儲存在封閉構造中。因此，油氣探勘是經由現生的生油岩，儲集岩，蓋岩及構造的靜態存在，去推想過去油氣生、排、移、聚的動態過程、其工作是所謂歷史科學的研究、也就是現在所用的刑事偵查程序。首先要擴大偵查範圍、尋找證據、整合研究、確定目標、逐一比對、模擬過程，然後提起公議(訴)。探勘工作的尋找礦區過程，先由全球大地構造中的盆地找起，以油氣潛能，自己能力所及和經濟評估為依據。確定目標礦區後的投標，礦區的經營並經濟考量，在國際上都有一定的標準，本文敘述筆者所見，以供參考。

Oil and gas exploration is to find the commercial oil and gas reserves through geological study. Geological studies via pre-existing geological phenomena infer what happened before. Using geological study method for oil and gas exploration is to explore the presence of the source rock, reservoir rock, cap rock, and the trap structure, to find out whether there are commercial potentials of oil and gas generation, emissions, migration, in this closed trap. Therefore, oil and gas exploration is to reconstruct the poly dynamic process of oil and gas generation, expulsion, migration, and accumulation via a static presence of source rock, reservoir rock, and trap structure. This is to study the so-called historical science which is the same method used in criminal investigation procedures. In the criminal investigation, one should expand the scope of investigation, looking for evidence, integrating research results to identify the goal. The procedure should also be compared to examples and , simulations , and then submit to the public for discussion. This paper shows the international SOP for references.
